As a Program Delivery Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of Sure's enterprise partner programs, serving as the strategic bridge between partners and our internal product development teams. A successful Product Manager will have:

Overview

DriveSavers is seeking an experienced software engineer with expertise in C/C++ and familiarity with storage technologies to help enhance our data recovery toolset. This is a highly technical, hands-on position focused on analyzing proprietary storage and backup formats, and developing robust recovery tools to retrieve critical customer data from damaged or inaccessible systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze proprietary on-disk formats and metadata to identify recovery strategies across all layers of the storage stack  

• Design and implement libraries and applications in C/C++ (or other suitable languages) for parsing, reconstructing and extracting data from a variety of storage systems, file system and backup applications.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate tool output and improve recovery workflows

• Contribute to build system and automation infrastructure by integrating tools with source control, CI pipelines, and dependency managers (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions, Conan)

🌟 About the role

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who is passionate about utilizing AI to build impactful solutions. You will play a critical role in developing a 0-1 AI-native product, building agents, and prototyping/experimentation. In this cross-functional role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, help develop our AI strategy, and tackle innovative projects that will directly impact how our business functions.

🛠 What you’ll do

• Drive the full product development lifecycle for a new AI-native product from conception to market

• Lead architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning

• Build and scale agentic systems that automate complex business workflows for early-stage companies

• Leverage LLMs and AI/ML technologies to create user-facing features that solve real business problems

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and iterate on solutions

🙌 What you bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience 

• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and/or Typescript and React

• Demonstrated experience building agentic systems and AI/ML products, and familiarity with the emerging "AI stack" including:
  

  • LLMs and agent frameworks

  • Embeddings/vector databases

  • RAG (retrieval augmented generation)

  • Evals and observability

  • Prompt engineering

• Proven track record of leading other engineers and establishing best practices for engineering teams

• Familiarity or interest in AI-powered developer tools like Cursor

Annual Salary Range: $185,000—$220,000 USD

As part of the Nitro Backend team at Offchain Labs, you will work on the core infrastructure powering Arbitrum, the leading Ethereum scaling solution. In this role, you’ll tackle complex distributed systems challenges, optimize performance, and contribute to the security and scalability of Arbitrum. You’ll collaborate closely with our research, product, and blockchain engineering teams, working at the cutting edge of blockchain technology alongside world-class engineers, including many industry leaders.
