At Mimo, we envision a future where building software is as easy as having an idea. With Instance, a product we just launched, anyone can turn their ideas into production-ready apps, games, or websites that previously took entire development teams to build.

Content is key:

We’re looking for a talented content creator to help us bring Instance to life through video. You’ll work with us on a freelance basis, producing short- and long-form content that gets people’s attention and makes them laugh, think, and wonder.

This role is perfect for you if you’re already producing content on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, love to experiment with new tools, and want to help shape the future of software.

What you'll do:

• You’ll create highly engaging videos

  • Create 1 long-form video and 5 derived short-form videos per week

  • Refine and execute one-off videos from a pool of briefs

  • Script, shoot, edit, and post videos to different channels

• You’ll iterate on formats and improve over time

  • Measure and report engagement (likes, shares, comments, watch time)

  • Experiment with different hooks, styles, and formats

  • Stay on top of trends, experiment with and suggest ideas for formats

• You’ll get help distributing your content

  • We’ll support you with design and editing resources when needed

  • We'll help amplify your videos with distribution support

Job requirements

You'll thrive in this role if you…

• Know how to script, shoot, edit, and post engaging videos

• Have already produced a set of engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

• Are creative and flexible across settings (content may be shot at home, some on the street)

Process

Here's how the application process works:

Step 1: Complete a challenge to showcase your creativity and style (as part of this application)

• Use this brief (https://mimodocs.notion.site/Building-Apps-While-Multitasking-1d8e32566b5c801e948ddcec6415d8b6) or come up with a different idea featuring Instance.

• Create a short-form video (15–30 seconds) highlighting your storytelling, editing, and on-camera presence.

• Upload it to YouTube, Vimeo, or a similar platform (private/unlisted).

• Submit the URL to your video along with your application.

Step 2: If we’re impressed, we’ll schedule a brief video call to get to know each other.

Step 3: We’ll invite you to a paid trial series (1 long-form + 5 short-form videos).

Step 4: If the collaboration goes well, we’ll talk to you about a long-term freelance or part-time/full-time role.

Compensation

• €100 for your approved challenge video (i.e., if we decide to move forward with your application)

• €1,250 per approved series of 1 long-form and 5 short-form videos (ideally 1 series per week)

• €250 bonus for series that exceed 25k views after 30 days

• If there’s a great fit, we’re happy to provide long-term freelance or part-time/full-time employment

Overview

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and motivated backend developer to join our growing team. You'll be working with a dev team that has experience in startups and at companies like Microsoft, Boeing, Yammer, and Nintendo. You'll have direct input into the product we're building and take ownership of the code you write. We're a small team, so your input on tools and technologies will strongly shape the future of our company.

• Experience with Typescript

• Experience with Node.js and Express

• Experience with Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure

Some things we consider critical

• You write understandable code with an eye towards maintainability, security and scalability.

• You are a strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to product managers, designers, and other engineers is no problem for you.

• You write unit tests and automation tests for the features that you build.

• You help giving feedback on code reviews and debugging sessions

• 4+ years experience developing backend services

• Develop an overall media and event strategy focused on meaningful exposure, community impact, and ecosystem alignment

• Drive targeted outreach and lead generation through high-leverage partnerships and content collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Native level English 

• At least 3 years of experience in Crypto space marketing 

• Great understanding of Blockchain tech, Ethereum, Web3

• Ability to create narrative driven content, create media and PR briefs 

• Experience working with crypto media outlets, PR teams, event organizers and KOLs

About the Role

With the rising complexity of cyber threats, web application security, and ethical hacking, penetration testing has become a critical component in safeguarding businesses worldwide. We are actively seeking experienced Web Application Penetration Testers, Red Team Operators, and Cybersecurity Professionals to help strengthen security defenses and identify vulnerabilities across web applications, cloud environments, enterprise IT systems, and corporate networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing, ethical hacking, and security assessments on web applications, networks, cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise IT environments.

• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection (SQLi), Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), Remote Code Execution (RCE), and Insecure Direct Object References (IDOR).

• Perform network security assessments, including port scanning, vulnerability analysis, privilege escalation, and Active Directory (AD) security testing.

• Utilize cybersecurity tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, Acunetix, Kali Linux, and BloodHound for in-depth security evaluations.

• Develop and execute custom scripts, automation tools, or exploits for penetration testing scenarios.

• Conduct post-exploitation analysis, privilege escalation, and persistence techniques.

• Provide detailed security reports, risk assessments, remediation plans, and mitigation strategies to enhance security posture.

• Stay updated on zero-day vulnerabilities, exploit development, cloud security threats, and emerging cyberattack techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience in penetration testing, web security, vulnerability assessments, and red teaming.

• Strong understanding of ethical hacking methodologies including OSSTMM, OWASP Top 10, PTES, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS Benchmarking.

• Proficiency in web application security testing, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and API security.

• Experience in network security, firewall evasion, social engineering, and Wi-Fi security testing.

• Knowledge of reverse engineering, malware analysis, exploit development, and buffer overflow techniques is a plus.

• Familiarity with Active Directory attacks, Kerberoasting, Pass-the-Hash, Mimikatz, BloodHound, and PowerShell Empire is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C) for security automation and exploit development.

• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CRTP, CEH, GPEN, CISSP, eWPTX, or GXPN are highly preferred.
